As part of my work with ADUSA Supply Chain Services, I developed a workflow to take the output of our store network model and develop compelling and interactive graphics and visualizations. This included:
- Developing a process for soliciting user feedback and defining the user painpoints.
- Developing a process for soliciting user requests and interative updates.
- Developing an extensive data processing workflow
- Developing Tableau Template Viz
The tool developed saved significant time for the team. In about 20 minutes brand managers were able to produce necessary graphics for conversations with brands about the future of the supply chain network.
